Terms of Service
Rules for using SnapCash, including account eligibility, task participation, payouts, and enforcement.
Overview
Product-specific policy copy for the current SnapCash web experience.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SnapCash. By creating an account, browsing the product, or requesting a payout, you agree to these Terms.
SnapCash is a rewards platform where eligible users can earn USD-denominated rewards by completing tasks, surveys, offers, referrals, and other supported activities that we make available from time to time.
Eligibility and account responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old and located in a country or region where SnapCash is available to use the service. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
Unless we expressly approve otherwise, each person may maintain only one account. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, including activity by anyone who gains access because you did not protect your credentials.
- Use accurate contact, country, and payout information.
- Keep your password and linked sign-in methods secure.
- Notify SnapCash promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
How earning works
Earning opportunities may be provided by SnapCash or by third-party survey, offer, game, authentication, and payout partners. Availability, qualification, payout rates, and timing can vary by country, device, account history, and provider rules.
Task progress and rewards depend on successful tracking, provider confirmation, and our fraud and compliance checks. A task may remain pending, fail to credit, or be reversed if the provider reports non-completion, duplicate completion, chargeback, fraud, policy violations, or other ineligible activity.
Wallet balances and payouts
SnapCash displays rewards and balances in USD. Your balance is a contractual rewards balance recorded in our ledger. It is not a bank account, stored-value account, or insured deposit.
At the time of this update, SnapCash supports PayPal and digital gift card withdrawals, subject to regional availability and partner support. The current minimum withdrawal amount is $25.00 USD. We may change supported methods, limits, fees, review rules, and processing times as the product evolves.
We may hold, delay, review, reject, or reverse a payout request if we identify risk, missing information, payout partner issues, legal requirements, or a negative or insufficient available balance. You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations that apply to rewards or payouts you receive.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use SnapCash in a way that is fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, unlawful, or intended to manipulate tracking, rewards, referrals, reviews, or payouts.
- Creating multiple accounts or impersonating another person.
- Using bots, scripts, automation, device farms, emulators, or misleading device, geo, or network setups.
- Completing offers or referrals in bad faith, including self-referrals or incentivized abuse.
- Interfering with provider integrations, links, APIs, security controls, or payout processes.
- Violating third-party provider terms that apply to a task, survey, offer, or payout method.
Suspension, reversals, and termination
SnapCash may suspend or close accounts, remove or reverse rewards, block new payouts, or refuse access to any feature if we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, policy violations, sanctions risk, payment risk, or other misuse of the service.
If a provider or payout partner reverses a reward after you have already withdrawn funds, your SnapCash balance may become negative and future payouts may be paused until the issue is resolved.
You may also request account disablement or account deletion through the profile settings surface. Deletion closes the account and may anonymize profile fields, but SnapCash may retain ledger, payout, support, fraud, tax, accounting, and other records that must be preserved to operate lawfully and safely.
Third-party services and disclaimers
Some parts of SnapCash rely on third-party services, including sign-in providers, survey and offer providers, hosting vendors, analytics or support tools, and payout partners. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy notices, and SnapCash is not responsible for external sites, products, or services you access through them.
SnapCash is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, successful task tracking, or any minimum level of earnings.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of SnapCash after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
