Completing offers correctly

How to follow instructions, meet requirements, and keep useful evidence for support if tracking fails.

Start from the SnapCash task card every time. The start action creates the tracking click that providers use to connect your activity back to your SnapCash account.

Read the requirements before installing, registering, buying, subscribing, or completing a milestone. A task may require a new account, a first install, a specific device type, a country match, or a minimum progress step.

Keep the same browser, device, and network path when possible. If you move between devices or clear app data during the task, the provider may not connect the completion to the original click.

Do not repeat the same offer through multiple SnapCash accounts or provider accounts. Duplicate activity is a common reason providers reject credit or reverse a later approval.

Save useful evidence while you work: task name, provider name, screenshots of completed milestones, timestamps, email receipts, and any in-app confirmation screens. Support can investigate faster when those details are available.
