Pending credit means SnapCash has not yet finalized the earning event as available balance. It usually means the provider or payout workflow still needs to confirm that the task requirements were met.
Approval timing depends on the provider and task rules. Some tasks validate quickly; others wait for milestone checks, fraud review, subscription windows, or provider-side reconciliation.
A pending event can become approved, rejected, or reversed. Rejections and reversals happen when a provider reports that requirements were not met, activity was duplicated, a payment was refunded, or tracking was invalidated.
SnapCash does not turn pending credit into spendable balance until the backend records the approved earning event and ledger credit. The wallet balance should be treated as the source of truth.
If a task has stayed pending longer than the provider guidance suggests, contact support with the task name, completion time, provider evidence, and screenshots. Avoid restarting the same task unless the catalog clearly offers a new eligible attempt.
