Launch policies you should know before your first withdrawal

SnapCash launch policy is simple: browse first, verify before your first start, and expect payout review before funds move to paid.

A payout request can stay in Pending Review or Processing while we confirm the account state, payout details, partner requirements, or recent reversal risk. We do not promise instant payout just because a request was submitted.

Provider credits can be delayed or reversed after completion if the provider reports fraud, duplicate completion, chargeback, or other invalid activity. SnapCash records those changes in the user ledger instead of silently editing balances.

If your issue is about missing credit, payout status, or account access, contact support through the Support page and include the specific task, payout request ID, or account details involved. That makes it easier for the team to route the issue cleanly.
