If a task will not start, check that you are signed in, your email is verified when required, and the task is still available for your country and device. A task that is no longer available should not be resumed.
If a task is missing credit, gather the task name, provider name, completion time, screenshots, and any email or in-app confirmation. Then contact support instead of repeating the same task through a different path.
If a withdrawal is still in review, confirm that your payout details are correct and that your account has no open blockers. Review status does not mean the request is paid yet.
If your wallet balance looks different than expected, remember that pending credit is not available balance. The wallet should reflect confirmed ledger-backed USD balance.
