Account & Security

Account safety and verification

Tips to secure your account and understand why verification keeps task, wallet, and payout flows safer.

Use an email address you can access and keep it verified. Email is used for account recovery, support replies, payout messages, and security notices.

Keep one SnapCash account for your activity. Multiple accounts for the same person can break provider attribution, create payout-review issues, and make support investigations harder.

Protect your password and sign-in methods. If you change sensitive account settings, SnapCash may revoke sessions so old browser sessions cannot continue using the account.

Keep profile, country, language, and payout details accurate. Incorrect information can affect available tasks, support routing, and payout review.

If you lose account access or believe someone else accessed your account, contact support with the email address on the account, the approximate time of the issue, and any recent payout or task details you can identify.
